Return & Refund Policy

At The Hidden Grove Apothecary, we take great care in growing, harvesting, crafting, and packaging every product. Because many of our products are live plants, herbal products, and personal care items, certain items cannot be returned for health, safety, and quality reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Live plants
• Seeds
• Plant cuttings and propagations
• Dried herbs
• Herbal teas
• Loose botanical products
• Tinctures
• Oils
• Salves
• Soaps
• Lotions
• Body butters
• Lip balms
• Bath products
• Essential oils
• Any edible product
• Any opened, used, or tampered product
• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the shipping box
• Photos of the shipping label

We will review each request individually and, if approved, may offer:

• A replacement
• Store credit
• A refund

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.

Live Plant Guarantee

Plants are living organisms and naturally vary in size, color, and appearance.

Minor cosmetic imperfections, natural leaf loss during shipping, seasonal dormancy, or transplant shock are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for providing appropriate care after delivery.

If your plant arrives dead or severely damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs.

Approved claims may receive:

• A replacement plant (when available)
• Store credit
• A partial or full refund at our discretion

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, The Hidden Grove Apothecary is not responsible for theft or packages left unattended.

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided processing has not begun.

Once harvesting, packaging, or shipping has started, orders cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by The Hidden Grove Apothecary.
